After Robyn G did a post for MMC it inspired me to take a photo of a clock I have hanging on the fireplace chimney. I think the details of the bricks and the clock work well together and the roman numerals on the clock help it out as well. The lamp is sitting near by so it gave it a nice touch with the light and shadows.

To me this photo represents the time you wish you had to do the things you love. It is with the time that you do have that you need to choose what you want to do and not regret the things in which you wish you would have done. By holding onto the past and thinking of the what could of’s is only a way of crippling the future and making it dreadful. If you take the time to think about the future and what could be’s then life will be a much smoother ride and when those times pass then you can look at the past and remember the journey along the way and smile. Life should be about experiencing the joys with what you do have and not thinking about what you wish you had. Take the time to think about what you can do to enjoy life and don’t set your goals so high you can’t reach them for that only brings disappointment. Enjoy life and be free and you’ll be thankful in the end for time is all we have and for us it is not a never ending path.
