Inspired by Robyn’s post, I set out to my backyard to capture these clover flowers before I mowed them down. When setting up my shot I was going to frame it where the one on the right was the only one but decided that it worked better if I showed the other one as well. I think it kind of helps give a sort of story as to the life cycle of these small flowers in how they transform as they grow.

Thanks Robyn! I wish mowing season was over but still got a few more months. We haven’t gotten much rain in the last few weeks so things have slowed down with growing. I’m just glad we aren’t in as bad a drought as California is right now.
